In February 2016 the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce undertook an action to start an application process for the “HR excellence in research” award in accordance with the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. To this end, the Implementation Committee was set up, composed of the managers of key units and representatives of the University management and faculties. As part of the Committee's activity, a survey was carried out assessing the advancement of the implementation of principles contained in the Charter and in the Code. The survey was prepared on the basis of "Example of a standard template for the internal analysis". It made it possible for the academic community to express their views on the university’s compliance with the Charter and the Code rules. The survey was done between June 17 and July 2, 2016, in the form of an online questionnaire sent to employees engaged in scientific research in our universities. The charts below present the results of the survey:

On the basis of the results, a gap analysis was performed to ensure scheduled implementation of strategic actions improving the consistency of internal practices and regulations with the rules of the Charter and the Code.
As a result, the Human Resources Management Strategy for Researchers was drawn up: PDF file.
