The enrolment fee must be paid well in advance in order for it to be credited to the UPH account - no later than the last day of registration for a particular course of study. It is recommended that fees are made by bank transfer through systems that guarantee a fast flow of funds.
Once the enrolment fee has been credited to the UPH account, a confirmation of payment will appear on the candidate's individual registration account. If this information does not appear approximately four working days after it has been paid, the candidate should contact the Studies Organisation Department.
Once the candidate has been informed that the fee has been credited to his/her personal registration account, he/she is required to check the priority setting of the fee allocation to the course of study or to set it himself/herself by the date by which the fee for the course of study must be credited.
The candidate is entitled to a refund of the fee in the event of:
- invalid registration (including failure to enrol in the course, late payment of fees, negative secondary school leaving exam result);
- registration for fewer courses than the fee paid;
- not launching the course due to insufficient number of applicants.
The decision on the reimbursement of the enrolment fee is made by the Vice-Rector for Studies at the end of the enrolment process, on the basis of the application submitted by the candidate.
