We wtorek 29 listopada 2022 r. odbyły się warsztaty kulinarne połączone z kolacją międzynarodową organizowane przez Welcome Center UPH. Na Wydziale Nauk Medycznych i Nauk o Zdrowiu studenci Erasmus + wraz ze studentami UPH mieli możliwość przygotowania polskich dań. Przygotowywanie posiłków poprzedził wykład dotyczący tradycyjnej kuchni polskiej, a nad całym wydarzaniem czuwała Pani mgr Agnieszka Decyk z Poradni Dietetyczno-Żywieniowej UPH. Warsztaty były doskonałą okazją do poznania tradycji kuchni polskiej, nabycia nowych umiejętności kulinarnych oraz integracji międzynarodowej społeczności Uniwersytetu.
Warsztaty zorganizowano w ramach Projektu „Welcome to UPH” finansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach programu Welcome to Poland 2021 Narodowej Agencji Wymiany Akademickiej.

On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, the Welcome Center UPH organized culinary workshops combined with an international dinner. At the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, Erasmus + students together with UPH students had the opportunity to prepare Polish dishes. The preparation of meals was preceded by a lecture on traditional Polish cuisine, and the whole event was supervised by Mrs. Agnieszka Decyk from the Dietetic and Nutrition Clinic of the UPH. The workshops were a great opportunity to learn about the traditions of Polish cuisine, acquire new culinary skills and integrate with the international community of the University.
The workshop was organized as part of the "Welcome to UPH" Project financed by the European Union under the Welcome to Poland 2021 program of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange.
